Diagrams, not decoration.

Data visualisations, contour diagrams, coordinate-labelled layouts, and grid overlays as the primary visual language. Photography only where it is itself evidence — no mood imagery. Every chart, every diagram is a small instance of the method on display: the structure of a term, traced. Reference register: Tufte crossed with a good atlas.

Failure mode Risk of reading as an "infographic site" if the data elements crowd the type. The diagrams must be few and load-bearing, not ornamental. Territory Red must remain the red of annotation — one mark per spread. Readable at a glance in a Doha think-tank, not a data-viz blog.
